Good questions

Know what you’re signing up for.

What does managed IT mean for a small office?

One provider looks after your computers, accounts, email and everyday systems, keeps records of them, and is the first call when something breaks, for a predictable monthly price.

How is the monthly price worked out?

Per supported employee. Core Support is $69 per supported employee per month and includes 45 remote support minutes per employee; Business Care is $99 per supported employee per month and includes 60 remote support minutes per employee. The team shares those minutes, and there is a 5-employee minimum.

Do you replace our current IT person?

We can, or we can support them on the work they do not have time for. The assessment is a good place to work out which fits.

Are Microsoft 365 and security tools included?

The plans cover our support labor and the listed activities. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, endpoint security, monitoring and backup subscriptions are separate line items in your quote.

How do we ask for help?
