Moving, wiring or replacing a printer, or a house where no computer can connect at all, is easier in person. We visit homes in Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Cypress and West Houston and tell you the visit price before we come.

60-minute minimum, then billed in 15-minute steps. You pay after it prints. We never sell you a printer; if one is worth replacing we say so, and you choose.

Why does my printer keep going offline?
Usually it lost its Wi-Fi connection after a router change, got a new network address, or the computer is pointing at an old copy of the printer. We fix the cause, not just the symptom.
Can you set up a new printer remotely?
Yes, once it is unboxed and powered on. We connect it to Wi-Fi and add it to each computer and phone that needs it.
Can you fix office printers?
Yes, for small offices. Business clients on a support plan get printer help as part of it.
Is it worth fixing an old printer?
Sometimes not. We tell you honestly, and you decide. We do not sell printers.
