Privacy Policy

Stratum Tech Group is a tech-support business operated by Mohamad Mashal, a sole proprietor, doing business as Stratum Tech Group. We collect only what we need to help you. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Last updated October 12, 2026.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, and service address for on-site visits.
• Your request: the problem you describe, device details, photos you choose to upload, and our notes on the work.
• Messages you send us by text or email, and the texts and emails we send you.
• Remote sessions: the time, your consent, and a written summary of what we did. We do not record your screen.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We see that you paid and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
• Basic site data such as how you found us (for example a business card or a Google search).

How we use it

To schedule and do the work, keep you updated, send invoices and receipts, keep a record of fixes for your devices, and improve our service. We use AI tools to help research problems and write job summaries; they process your request only to help with your job.

Who helps us process it

We use trusted providers to run the business: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages), Microsoft 365 (email), Vercel and Neon (website and database hosting), and Anthropic (AI assistance). They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we use your number only to message you about your request, appointments, status updates and payments. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. How long we keep it

We keep job records while you are a customer and for as long as tax and business records require. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Security

Staff accounts use two-factor sign-in, data is encrypted in transit, and access to customer records is logged.
