Computer repair · Katy, TX
Computer repair, mostly without leaving your desk.
Windows PCs and Macs that are slow, stuck on updates, showing errors or not starting properly. We start remotely, tell you what we find, and only suggest parts when they are really needed.
What we fix
The usual computer trouble, handled.
Slow computers
Startup clutter, a full disk, background programs and browser extensions that drag everything down.
Updates and errors
Stuck Windows updates, error messages, and programs that crash or will not open.
Startup problems
Boot loops and login trouble. If the computer cannot get online, we arrange a visit or drop-off.
Failing drives and upgrades
Drive health checks, moving to a faster SSD, adding memory. The part and its price are quoted before anything is ordered.
New computer setup
Files, photos, email and printers moved to the new computer, and the old one wiped if you want.
Email, accounts and software
Outlook and Gmail problems, Microsoft 365 setup, and password resets that you type yourself.
How it works
How remote computer repair works.
Tell us what is wrong
Book online or ask us to text you. It takes under a minute and needs no account.
A short call first
A real person calls you and talks it through before anything touches your device.
Connect safely
On Windows we use Microsoft Quick Assist, built into Windows 10 and 11, and read you a 6-digit code. On a Mac we use a Zoom or FaceTime screen share.
You watch everything
Every step happens on your screen, and you can end the session in one click.
Fixed, then you pay
You get a written summary of what we did, then you pay. If remote help cannot fix it, the bill is $0.
On site when needed
When we come to you.
If the computer will not start, needs a part installed or cannot get online, we visit homes in Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Cypress and West Houston, and tell you the visit price before we come. You can also drop it off.
What it costs
$59/hour
60-minute minimum, then billed in 15-minute steps. Parts are quoted first and either bought by you from a link or added to the invoice, never collected up front.
No fix, no fee for remote help.
Good questions
Before you ask.
Can you really fix my computer remotely?
Most software problems, yes: slow performance, updates, errors, email, printers and setup. If the computer cannot start or get online, or a part has to be replaced, we arrange a visit or drop-off and tell you the price first.
Do you repair Macs?
Yes. We help over a Zoom or FaceTime screen share, with you in control the whole time.
Do I need to buy parts up front?
No. If a part is needed we tell you which one and what it costs. You can buy it from a link we send, or we add it to the invoice. We never take a large payment before the work.
Will I lose my files?
We back up or ask before changing anything important. Keeping your own backup of important files is still wise, and we can help you set one up.
How much will it cost?
$59 an hour with a 60-minute minimum, billed in 15-minute steps after it is fixed. If remote help cannot fix it, you owe nothing for that session.
