Text messages from Stratum Tech Group

Stratum Tech Group (Mohamad Mashal, sole proprietor, Katy, Texas) sends text messages from (346) 522-2253 only to customers who ask for them, and only about their own service request. No marketing. Last updated October 12, 2026.

What we send

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Job status updates and replies to your questions
• Remote-session codes and payment links for work you requested

Message frequency varies with your request, usually 1 to 5 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting help or buying anything.

How you opt in

There are two ways, and both are started by you.

1. On our website, with a checkbox

On stratumtechgroup.com/book the request form (one page) has a Mobile phone field with this checkbox directly below it, unticked by default. Here is exactly what it says:

If you leave it unticked, we contact you by email or phone call instead. If you choose “Text me” on the same form, the box must be ticked, because a text is what you are requesting.

2. By texting us first

You can text (346) 522-2253 to ask for help, or text START to opt in. We reply only about the request you sent us. You get this confirmation:

Help and opting out

• Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE): we confirm once and send nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP: “Stratum Tech Group: Help at stratumtechgroup.com or support@stratumtechgroup.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number stays private
